Greetings Spring Creek families!
We are so happy to welcome everyone back to school. We have such good teamwork and school spirit to kick off the 2024-2025 school year! Thank you all students, staff and families for your part in this amazing learning environment!
In addition to some new families at our school, we are also happy to welcome new staff members. You will meet Ms. Tia Blunden in the front office as she joins us for the year. We are so grateful to her for being part of our team and supporting us so well at start-up time. A big congratulation goes out to Evette Syskova who is on leave with her new baby.
New to our teaching team are: Ms. Ashleigh Kar in grade 6/7 French Immersion, Ms. Gamble and Ms. DesBrisay as a team, teaching grade 5 French Immersion, Ms. Gutri joins us K/1 and Ms. Newsome in grade 2/3 until December.
Joining our team of education assistants is Ms. Tess LaCroix. Welcome!
Parent Advisory Council (PAC) initiatives have also been a part of a great start to the year. Thank you to the PAC for organizing sessions from Whistler Community Services and the awesome Dance Play program that the students truly enjoy. We are excited to work with the PAC team to host the annual Welcome Barbecue and Open House on Thursday, September 19th. Save the date and stay tuned for more information!

FEEDING FUTURES FUND:
The Ministry of Education and Childcare are making back-to-school more affordable for families due to global inflation. We want every family to know that they are eligible for financial assistance by filling out the Feeding Futures Support form and send it in by email to [email protected].
