White BUS is cancelled for today. This morning a driver picked up students to help but there is NO White bus this afternoon

White bus is cancelled for today.

Dear families, just to clarify: this morning the white bus was cancelled. Another driver was able to help out, pick up students who may have already been out there before receiving notice. However, the cancelation of the White bus is still confirmed and it will not be operating this afternoon. Please make other arrangements. Thank you.

The Board of Education follows a budget development process each school year in order to establish the final annual budget for submission to the Ministry of Education and Child Care. This process begins with providing an opportunity for partners to share input toward decision-making through a survey. The survey will be open for input until November 29, 2024. Whistler Area School Bus Cancellation – Jan 8th 2024

Hello,

Due to a shortage of school bus drivers, we will be unable to run the following Whistler Area Bus Routes:

Monday, January 8, 2023:
• Bus Route #1 Blue route (AM & PM):
Whistler Cay, Spruce Grove, Village, Creekside, Nordic, Brio, Alta Vista to and from Spring Creek Community School

We understand that the bus cancellations due to the shortage of bus drivers continue to inconvenience the daily routines of our families, and we appreciate everyone's understanding while we navigate these challenging times. We are actively looking for innovative solutions to help resolve the issue at hand.
